Refund & Return Policy
At Noor Zara, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love your abayas and modest dresses. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our comprehensive exchange and refund guidelines below.
1. 7-Day Exchange & Return Window
You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your parcel to request a size exchange, product change, or refund. Any request initiated after 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any perfumes or makeup stains.
- All product tags, hangtags, and original boutique labels must remain intact and attached to the garment.
- The item must be returned in its original premium packaging along with the print invoice or receipt.
- Valid reasons include: receiving a damaged garment, manufacturing defects, size mismatch, or receiving a completely incorrect product.
3. Delivery Charges for Exchanges
Delivery fees are non-refundable and returns are processed based on fault:
- Boutique Fault (Damaged or Incorrect Item): If we sent an incorrect size, wrong item, or damaged abaya, Noor Zara will bear 100% of all return shipping and redelivery charges. We will coordinate a free swap delivery.
- Customer Choice (Change of Mind or Size Exchange): If you wish to exchange a size or select a different dress due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for both the return courier charge and the new shipping fee (৳৮০ inside Dhaka, ৳১৫০ outside Dhaka).
4. Refund Processing (Cash on Delivery)
Since Noor Zara specializes in convenient Cash on Delivery transactions across Bangladesh, refunds are managed securely using digital methods:
- Once the returned package reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection, we will contact you to initiate the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days directly to your preferred Mobile Financial Services (MFS) account, such as bKash or Nagad, or via direct Bank Transfer.
- Please note that only the cost of the product is refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by a boutique error.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange request:
- Take clear photos of the product (focusing on any damage or tags) along with the printed receipt card.
